Tracy was born in Glasgow, Scotland. She earned her undergraduate and master's degree at the University of Toronto's downtown campus.

Before entering real estate, Tracy worked in marketing, sales force automation, and project management in the telecommunications sector in downtown Toronto.

Tracy believes in an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction, including actively listening to her clients and understanding their perspectives, needs, and interests. As a long time cottager in Muskoka on the Big Three Lakes, she has extensive local knowledge and has experience in multiple building projects. Over 30 years ago, Julie and her husband Ed and their four sons moved to Muskoka. After years of renting cottages across the Muskoka and Parry Sound/Georgian Bay areas with their growing family, they were fortunate to be able to make the move for her husband’s new job.
