I am sitting here in my new lovely cottage feeling quite lucky. We would never have found or bought this cottage were it not for our agent Julie Schnurr. Our dream cottage has been found! We looked at about 15 properties through the winter months. Lots of snow and ice, with some slips and falls walking through three feet of snow. With all those properties, we were a little surprised. Nothing was really catching our attention. One day Julie advised us that she had recently taken a client to a property on Three Mile Lake in Burk's Falls. They didn’t think it was a good fit for them, but after looking up the property on MLS, we decided to go have a look. Sure enough, it was the one for us! We closed in May and have enjoyed our beautiful lakefront property ever since! Julie spent countless months on our adventure, through texts and phone calls she was always there! Julie helped us tremendously through everything, and we even gained a great friend through it all. We welcomed her to our new cottage with open arms.
