Sign Up & Get new listings by email as they become available

When you sign up we set up an automated search that sends you new listings as soon as they become available (often hours before they appear on Realtor.ca). Yes, we will send you the odd e-mail asking if we can be of assistance, but if you are just looking or curious, please feel free to continue. We are here to assist at any time.

Searching By Lake

To search by a specific lake, simply enter the lake name in the search bar. For example for Lake Muskoka, enter Muskoka. A number of choices will come up, select Muskoka Lake. Note: Our local real estate board appends Lake to all lake names, hence Lake Muskoka shows on MLS as Muskoka Lake.  Alternatively, you can click on More Options right of the search bar and scroll down to select a specific lake or lakes.

Sharing and Printing

If you'd also like to share listings with friends and family, just click Share this Listing, and the listing details will be sent to their email inbox. If a paper version of the listing is more convenient, simply hit Print this Listing, and you'll be taken to a printer-friendly version of the listing details. On your browser, go to File and Print. Voila!

Get Directions or driving time to a Property

If you would like driving directions or time to a property, simply scroll down to the Get Directions to this Property dialogue and enter your address then click Get Directions.
